Kids & Youth Ministry
Aurdal Lutheran Church offers a variety of programs for kids in Pre-K through 8th grade. Sunday School is during the regular school year and serves children in grades Pre-K through 5th grade. Kids in 5th grade attend classes held by the leaders of the church for their First Communion. After First Communion and for those kids entering grades 6th - 8th, kids attend Confirmation courses on Wednesday nights after school at the Church. These Confirmation classes classes are led by our Pastor and teach the kids about their faith. At the end of their 8th grade year, kids graduate Confirmation and are considered Confirmed in their Faith.
Though Aurdal doesn't have an active youth group - kids in 7th grade through 12th grade are invited to participate, join in, and even lead the activities of the younger youth of our church.
